The heck with 5 stars. This book deserves 6 stars. This is the best book I have read on dealing with stress management. I especial liked "Tip # 7-Things to Avoid When Stressed". Here, I have consistently done the wrong thing. David covers why this is the worst thing you can do when stressed. I am also surprised by "Tip # 13-Stress and Acupressure". I have a friend who swears acupressure relieves stress. I kind of blew him off. After reading David's book, I will have to revisit this method of dealing with stress. His book places the spotlight on stress and how to deal with it with positive results. Thanks David. Hope you write more material like this that helps the "everyday Joe" deal with life.Product details

This was a quick read. Provides advice that is simple, down to earth, available to everybody.

We all have it, this book reminds you of what you know about dealing with stress. So read it and reread it if you have a stressful life and keep forgetting how to manage that. You can do it, the book can help.
I tend to be stressed a lot. Recently I've been thinking about approaching it head on - learning stress reduction techniques.
This book has 21 of them, and each one with details! What I especially like about the book is that it really considers each person as an individual. For example, some people find walking in the woods a relaxing and others find it stressful. Obviously very well thought out and incredibly helpful, these tips can make a difference in your life, your health and your happiness.
